1 hour booked in a Nova cube = 1 hour deducted from your team's balance. Booked but unused time (e.g., you book 2 hours but leave after 1) still counts — book what you need.
No. Hours you buy never expire.
Unused hours can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, hours remain in your account indefinitely but are non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 30 minutes before booking time return the hours to your balance. No-shows count as used hours.
Yes — hours sit at the company level. Any team member can book against the shared pool.
